IRAPS Will Destroy Union Apprenticeships
The future of America's construction workers and integrity of our industry is at risk. A new proposal by the Department of Labor will drive down training and labor standards in registered construction apprenticeship programs by giving employers and trade associations free rein to create new watered-down standards and certify subpar apprenticeship programs at our expense.
